  • In the presence of specific health problems, especially in the area of the spine and pelvis, you may need to take several private lessons. In consultation with us you can them switch to a regular Mat or Studio Pilates class thereafter.

Functional Fitness

In Functional Fitness you’ll learn to master your own body weight in all planes of movement. Entire muscle groups across multiple joints work together for integrated movement patterns. The training is dynamic, fun and a great team experience. Additional training tools like TRX suspension units, Bulgarian bags, kettle-bells, instability props and medicine balls are used.

Mat Pilates Class

Test yourself against gravity! Learn the fundamentals of alignment, core engagement, breathing and technique and set a strong foundation for your Pilates progressions. Mat classes are challenging and adaptable to accommodate different levels. The class can involve just you on the mat or a small prop as well like the Pilates Ring, Foam Roller, Soft Ball or Hand Weights.

A Studio Pilates Class is individually tailored to your needs and goals. The training utilises the entire range of Pilates Equipment. This is an ideal starting point to learn the Pilates Method as the body is guided within a framework to execute correctly from day one. With the support of spring resistance on our Equipment, you’ll experience a whole-body workout that raises you to a new level.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates offers an integrated approach to the treatment of many musculoskeletal conditions e.g. for back pain, neck/shoulder tension, muscle strains and joint stress. We use repositioning techniques to correct breathing mechanics, postural adaptations and muscle/movement imbalances. Learn optimal movement with the right muscle engagement and skeletal alignment and restore the body to its balance.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates 

For all stages of pregnancy and for new mums who want to heal correctly and get back into shape, Pilates provides solutions for restoring the pelvic floor and regaining core strength. We offer private and semi-private classes. Just get a friend or two together and we will be happy to hold a class for you.
